How to Buy PDF Knitting Patterns
Knitting patterns can be purchased from either here on my website www.leahsutton.com or from www.LeahSutton.etsy.com site.
Buying Patterns from www.leahsutton.com
All payments must be paid for in British Pounds Sterling. Payments can be made using one of the following:
Send to Leah Sutton, Studio 1, Stirling House, 44 Richmond Road, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 5EE. Once payment has being received you will be directed to a site called Payloadz and a button saying ‘Download’. Click on this button and save the file to you desktop instantly. Alternatively if you let me know that you want the booklet emailed, I will email it to you.
Buying Patterns from www.etsy.com
All payments must be made in US American Dollars using Paypal. Your PDF pattern booklet will be emailed to you as soon as possible after I have received payment. I endeavour for this to be no longer than 48 hours.
What is a PDF Pattern Booklet?
A PDF pattern booklet is an electronic version of a pattern booklet that is emailed to you or downloaded. It requires you to have Adobe Reader to open the file which is generally on most computers but can be downloaded free of charge if you copy & paste the following link into your browser:

What do I do with the file once I’ve opened it?
You may want to print out the whole booklet each of which varies in length. Alternatively, select the pages for the pattern you are going to make & print those pages only. Generally the pattern text is on separate pages to the photographs so you don’t have to print all the photographs if you don’t require them. Then save the file on your computer.

How to Buy Made Products
All made products can be purchased from www.LeahSutton.etsy.com. You will be taken directly from my home page when you select products from the menu. Postage charges & terms & conditions are clearly stated on this site.

Refunds
I hope that each buyer is delighted with their purchase. However if for any reason you are dissatisfied please let me know within 7 days of receiving your pattern file. I will endeavour to work out the problem with you and in the case of a refund it will be made through the same method in which you paid.
